2023 Parade Registration

The 53rd Annual Puerto Rican Parade of Greater Cleveland will kick off at 11am on SUNDAY, AUG 6, 2023.
OFFICIAL ROUTE: Kicking off at the intersection of Scranton Road at Castle Avenue, the parade will proceed southbound on Scranton Road and make its way to Valentine Ave. Pedestrians will be directed to proceed to MetroHealth Dr and east to Quad Park. Vehicular contingents will be directed to dispurse east on Valentine Ave and west on MetroHealth Dr. towards W. 25th. Before submitting the Participant Registration Form, please make sure you read, understand, and agree to the Parade Rules and Regulations. Registration forms with fee must be submitted no later than Friday, July 21th, 2023 (deadline for submission). Note: Hispanic Police Officers' Association (“HPOA”) and the Puerto Rican Parade Committee (PRPC) reserves the right to close the application period early if we exceed the maximum allowable limits of people, floats, or vehicles. The HPOA & PRPC further reserves the right to reject any application that is deemed incomplete or does not meet the guidelines for the acceptable purpose set forth in the HPOA & PRPC's applications.
Applications submitted without successful payment will not be considered unless an alternate payment method is used and verified. |
